The mud goes both ways and you have been doing more than your fair share since as far back as I can remember. If you cant say something constructive then please shut up. No offense just the facts. Take it as its intended or do you plan to follow AJs example and invite me outside?

Comment on Council Agrees on Issue Priorities

If you knew more about the staff,me and the work done by staff on this issue, you would know that your both of your conclusions are false; as in not a word true.

Comment on Council Agrees on Issue Priorities

Gene, you forgot the labor cost that Staff put into the analysis. Include that in your analysis and I would be willing to bet the two costs come out equal.

Based upon everything you have written in your blogs and this website, it appears as if you have no faith in City Staff because you disregard everything they say.

Comment on Council Agrees on Issue Priorities

Through this painful ordeal for some, the council obtained and all inclusive instead of open end price from Springbrook. Furthermore, council got the five year total cost reduced by over $440,000 to the new price of $220,000.

The consideration of the company with the current technology and ensuing debate was done over the strong opposition of the city manager and his staff. We will now go to software designed in the early nineties because of price and price alone.

Comment on Council Agrees on Issue Priorities

This board has slowed progress to a crawl. Yeah, we might get where we need to go, but they are going to draw out the process as long as possible. Take the software issue, Staff was correct all along....and this Council wasted how many hours of Staff time? Those hours spent by Staff on that Council boondoogle instead of doing the things they should have been doing.

Comment on Council Agrees on Issue Priorities

It took awhile to get to this point, but I believe council is on track.Change is not always easy but sometimes it is necessary. Now if our citizens will give this board a little time we might see big strides.

Comment on City Manager's Departure Brings Out the Mud

If it smells like a duck....

Looks like he was pretty much blackmailed into resigning.

Onward. What are you going to do now for the City? With no leadership, who is going to move the City forward? Who is going to be City Manager?

Comment on City Manager's Departure Brings Out the Mud

It is obvious that you are not obtaining you information first hand such as from the council agenda section of the Northglenn web site. It does provide you with audios, votes, packets and videos. Based on what you have said since last November, you might find first hand information very useful in evaluating your source as well as your preception of me.

Comment on City Manager's Departure Brings Out the Mud

Sorry Gene. I don't believe much of what you are saying. Your distaste for AJ is well documented and you wanted him out from the beginning. I am sure you went on quite the witch hunt to nail AJ with something. Well, you have you way now... you got him. Well done! What are you going to do to replace him? How much money is this going to cost the City? What are we going to do in the interim? We have so many needs as a City and you find ways to ignore them. Get some real work done and quit messing with City Staff. They are smarter than you think. SAy, did the City purchase the software originally recommended by Staff and not the one you pushed to have?

Comment on Packed Sunday Council Meeting On City Manager's Future

You finally got the City Manager. Well done, Gene. AJ was the best thing to happen to this City in a long time. Apparently, AJs knowledge and foresight were too much for you and your four cronies. I am absolutely baffled at this one. Its no wonder no one (Developers or our neighbors) want to work with us. We are one spiteful City.
